DDR with stilettos

Yes, i know.... I'm an idiot.

I was at the mall, and i just had that urge to play, and the only thing that was holding me back from playing were my stiletto boots, but I'm an idiot and decided to play anyway. I thought about playing on heavy for my first song, but instead i started out with a song on light. My dear God... I came SOOO close to tripping a few times, and just stepping on the arrows was hell for my feet. So once the song finished, i gave the rest of my game to someone, and took off my boots.

did anyone else here play in stilettos or do anything else idiotic while playing DDR?

um, I played once at wild waves with nothing on but a swimming suit and my feet were completely wet. 2 things wrong with that picture: cold and slippy.

yes i played in knee high stilleto boots and totally destroyed my soft mat at home but I wont wear them in arcades

Sadly, I'm not kidding. Most of the time if I don't have tennis shoes on, I don't play at all.

I've played in sandals with four-inch wedges before. Surprisingly, I did okay until I tried to go a cross-over. Heavy, tall shoes and DDR do not mix. Which is too bad, considering those are exactly the type I tend to wear.

no it actually didn't occur to me, but yeah, they had a paper towel there, because come on, it was wild waves and most of the people who did want to play after me were little kids who were as wet/ wetter than i was.
