Is there a website with the Official Konami list of the best players in the world for this game? If so can someone provide a link?

There was an internet ranking for Max2 you'd get a password and put it on the website. But if you really want a list here it is.

1. Yasu

2-1,000,000. Everyone else

The problem is that it is really hard to determine what the BEST player actually means. Is it the person with the most AAAs? Is it someone who is very good at PA all around including mods? Is it only without the bar? It's a matter of opinion.

...so even if they succeeded in making a list... it will be opinion based.

I think Yasu can "take" JSB.....that guy doesn't even provide any proof of the stuff he says he's done....

Obviously... JSB only has 261 arcade AAA... while Yasu has 300 AAA on Max300 alone. Obviously JSB could have multiple AAA on a song... but no matter what... there's no proof...

I really wonder is Yasu is still as active as he used to be.

I'm sure most ppl don't lie about their scores only because one day they might have to prove themselves to others. And hell if they get something out of lying... good for them... I really could care less...

You sure about that? Better get your facts straight before you comment something like this again.

This all based on opinions. Some people think that Yasu is the best because he can AAA Max300 in damn near any way, and has a few videos out there to prove it. Others say JSB is the best because he can AAA EVERY SONG and has proof of AAA'ing MaxX Unlimited, which I don't think Yasu has done yet.

But who really cares about who's the best? Just play the stupid arrow-stomping game.

I dunno, Yasu did AAA So Deep with flat arrows. And he AAed Maxx Unlimited without bar use. Also he got 7653 on the Legend Road oni course...

Jeez. IMO hes the best.

Can anyone explain to me why those "who's best" threads always turn into a JSB vs Yasu/Take thing? It's so ridiculous it's not even funny... disgust.gif

Look, nobody can tell who's best. Nobody. I mean, Jack from Boston could be the best player ever. But Jack from Boston could just not have Internet access to even know that DDRFreak exists, let alone provide proof of his extraordinary accomplishments.

Anyways, as Reign said, it's just an arrow-stomping game... And an arcade game, at that. It's like we'd try to find out the best Street Fighter Alpha 2 player in the world... Good luck, you'll need it!

Nobody knows who is best till something happens, something monumental in DDR history. I mean let's say a world tournament, where all the best DDR players could compete. Just to make it fair, there will be agents to scout the world for players and provide players with free travel to the tourney.

How does that sound? drool.gif

I downloaded a Euro Tourney...
Anyway you can't scout every single small city. You could only get the best that you could find. I live in a small city and I guarantee we have a better concentration of DDR players than most any other city save perhaps NYC (most I said, not all)
So, to find the best... would be impossible as stated.
To find the best that could be found... well that sounds kinda repetitive don't you think?

And to the JSB VS. Yasu, my vote goes to Yasu.
