We get a ton of these, trust me.
Anyway, it's normal. They're idiots. Whoever buys it... whatever.
This wasn't a good place to post this. Actually it wasn't that great of an idea to post this because I've seen these threads locked many times...
But yeah, I have no idea why they're doing it.

This topic comes up frequently. The answer is that it is completely legal to redistribute Stepmania and even to charge for it as long as you make the buyer aware that the software is freely available and how they can get it. As for the inclusion of songs with the program...unless you've made them yourself or obtained a license to sell them, that's pretty much illegal.
