For those few people who play doubles on their keyboards: how do you set up your controls? How do you use your fingers? Are there any especially good originals with doubles stepcharts?
I've been using wasd/ijkl for my keyboard setup using one hand for each "pad," three fingers each hand (which is a lot of fingers to keep track of ). _________________

I haven't played any original stepcharts on doubles...just officials. left hand set on up, down, left, right, and right hand set on 4, 5, 6, 8. I use 3 fingers on each hand, same way I play singles, just with one more hand. works fine for any of the official songs....though I don't know how well it would work for the crazy stuff. |

So far the only originals I have that even have doubles charts are 4 or 5 by Udderdude, and Speed Japan. Kinda sucks, but then there are more than 500 official songs to play, so whateva.
As for controls...I think I may have to try those. As it is, turning my hand to hit jumps feels REALLY awkward because the keys are staggered. The problem is I feel like my hands will be too close together. _________________
