Umm..Ive played DDR for a while now, but Im still kinda new to this site. What are all those things you mentioned? I think I know gallop..which is when you step with left/right foot then gallop over to the alternate foot. Kinda hard to describe..but anyway, if someone could let me know what those are i would appreciate it.

Anyway, I like the doubles on the corners, say going from down/left to down/right to up/left to up/right. I find those a lot of fun. I also like certain parts of B4U (fav song) where you have to hop around the whole board.

Please correct me if I get any of these wrong or define them incompletely...

voltage -> ???
stream -> a whole bunch of half-steps in a row, as in CSFIL:SM heavy
chaos -> random step patters
air -> doubles
freeze -> once again, exactly what it says
gallops -> like doubles, except the steps are offset from each other by a quarter)

(Ha Ha,I just noticed B4U is in my title laugh.gif ) I don't see it...

I really prefer a lot of stream or REALLY REALLY fast songs like the maxes.

Ok thanks a lot for that.

I like speed and flow, I dont like doubles too much, find them hard to get, unless they are the corners. Up and down and side to side I have problems with..seems they are a little off beat on my game.

Ummm, chaos is also pretty cool. I like songs like 'la senorita' that have a great flow to them.

(smacks gallops)

>_>

Don't worry, I'm just mad because of two things.

1.) I look retarded doing em
2.) And that's if I get lucky and do them right.

Streams (love turns)
Voltage
Chaos

That's what I'm best at. Man, when I play exotic ethnic it's so amazing at how it just comes together.

But on another note I want a song with a bunch of tempo changes and feezes. I'm sorry, but there isn't one song in the whole series that has good tempo changes and freezes in them.

On a related note, can tempo changes and feezes be programmed into edits on the home versions? erm.gif
