Last year, we told you about a new arcade/import store in Woonsocket, RI. Today is Tokyo Game Action's 1 year anniversary, and we'd like to wish them a happy anniversary! To celebrate their anniversary, they are having Jeopardy, a DDR mystery event, DDR freestyle tournament, and a Donkey Konga tournament at their arcade this weekend. If you live in the area, be sure to check it out! _________________

It is this weekend, today and tomorrow. It's been talked about in the New England forums.
They have events all the time though, so you can always go some other time.
The mystery even was Press Your Luck, and it was awesome. _________________

I got to play Press Your Luck on the IIDX machine! HOW SWEET IS THAT?
Its a shame no-one's video camera was working. Yesterday (today?) was easily one of my top 2 favorite days at TGA because:
- I bought BeForU's first album
- I played tracks 1, 4, and 7 in DM9
- I played tracks 2, 6, and 12 in DDR Extreme
- I played track 10 on the PNM9 home version on an ASC
- I played Glorious Days in IIDX7, just because I could
- I whammied.
- And because everyone was so cool.
In another 8 or so hours they're gonna open again.... Happy Anniversary TGA! |
