OK, I haver seen people dicuss this site. In chatroom and on message boards. But I have never seen people saying they're willing to help stateside people receive imported item from KonamiStlye.com.

No they don't ship to the US; it's Japan only. You'll have to go through some third-party to have them import it first.

Now what's the proceedure in doing that? I've emailed a few vendors that have partners in Japan and they all say no even when I offer to pay any service charges that would apply.

I really want a few of the accessories that KonamiStlye has to offer such as keychains of Pop'n Music characters and other things that are hard to find other places.

But this isn't just a plea to help me because I'm SURE that a lot of US people want some stuff from KonamiStyle.com as well, (aside from the games and controllers). Is there anyone out there who is willing to help? You probably could make a huge profit or something from offering this service.

I agree with this.

If someone on DDRfreak that lives in Japan were to make a thread like "willing to order stuff from Konamistyle for others", and make a profit off of it, everyone would be all over it. If they charged like $20 (the yen equivilent of course), they'd make a full-time profit, knowing how many people on DDRF and Bemanistyle would LOVE the chance to be able to buy at Konamistyle prices - especially things like controllers and such.
