Black people and DDR?

So like what's the deal with all the black people I see playing DDR? They always do freestyle but can't do perfect attack for crap. The white and aZn's I see playing are much better at it.

Are there any good black players where you play at and do they ever play anything other than Stomp to my Beat?

I know a lot of black people who are really good at Perfect attacks, but then again none of them are in Tulsa.... or Oklahoma for that matter. None of them surf the 'freak either.
