Pop'n Music 5 Arcade Songlist Question

Phew, long titles take the wind out of me.
S'anyway, i was told to post this on bemanistyle, but as i was banned from there, i figured i might get some help here. Here's goes

After looking at the initial songlist for PNM5, i found 32 or so songs. But playing through, i found several "secret" tracks. I only figured out how to unlock one, and possibly a second. By getting 99 greats on a single button, i could play Candy Blue. A friend of mine full combo'd Night Out on challenge, and unlocked a Rave Girl song. But these songs do not permenantly unlock. In total i've played four secret tracks. Candy Blue, another MZD song who's genre was "Girly", the song charactered by Rave-Girl, i believe it was Dance, and a lvl 30 called "Pop'n Lesson" or something like that. Now the big questions aaaaaaaaare

1) How do I get to play these songs (ex-99 greats on one button, FC, etc)
2) Is there any way to permenantly unlock these songs, or are they stuck being only playable through #1's means.
3) Is there a way to get a harder difficulty then hyper
4) I used to have a list of all the challenge scores required to get EX Stage, anyone else have it?
