Need basic PS controller circuit board

I am needing to build a new controller for my broken controller on my Beat gear pad. The one that was in the unit just had the basic controls needed for a DDR setup. I need the same size PC board, which this one is 3.5" by .9"

What exactly are you attempting to do? I mean, yes replace it, but with what? Whatever circuit is in there was probably custom-made. The only usable thing I can think of would be a simple Playstation controller.

The Mad Catz all-digital control pads that sell for about $5 work great for all the weird controllers I build. Check the local game shops. These are usually made with red translucent plastic.
