Recently for some reason it keeps on saying something is new... Then I click it and... Nothing is new at all in the forum section. Like... If I'm at the forum homepage thingy It says everything is new. I click on lets say... New York section and... nothing is new inside it... Why?

It has to do with the caching system. Ignore it; it'll go away.

As previously mentioned, this has to do with the site caching. Try to ignore it.
