I just bought a metal mat from Red Octane, because my old soft mat from level six died. When the mat shipped it was not here when airborne express said it would (on the 6th), it came on the 12th. When i opened my package i was not mad that it was late, but i was angry to find this:
EDIT:pics removed
There also sounds of debris rattleing around inside. I was wondering if your metal mat (if you pruchased from them) came this way.

Aren't they supposed to be shipped with some kind of protective plastic covering on top that you need to peel off? |

I mean it work and all, and i understand that its going to get scratched and destroyed in the long run anyway. I mean, it came new, and it already looks like crap. There are peaces of the metal that are discolored, dented etc. I understand these are cosmetic, but i just dont think i should begin with something that looks this bad, i should be the one who scratches it not the company i bought it from. |

that's why the protective stickers are on there, so i'm assuming that the box scratched it up. _________________

Same here. I didn't care. It's a metal pad. It works perfect. I had white crap to get off the metal, but oh well. I say just play it, and send them a complaint email or something. _________________
