I had the misfortune of having to miss my first tourney, and had to watch my friends basically drive off, went inside to go play some extreme, and suxored it badly (after getting 31 new AA's the night before) and I'm wondering has anyone ever had a bad night ddring due to emotional stress or being depressed? or should I just be playing better? riiight.gif

Actually, I've found that DDR is a great way to relieve stress and/or tension (it's a good excuse to stomp around loudly E4.gif )

I've found that I do better at DDR if I'm more depressed because I'm trying harder to concentrate on the game instead of the stuff that was depressing me.

same here. I feel much better after a couple hours of playing. I'm sweaty and out of breath and tired, so my brain can't think about anything.
