I can't get my SM to play anything! Help!

I just got SM-Max installed on my comp today.. I downloaded a bunch of simfiles. Installed them like the intructions says.. but..

Nothing shows up when I run the program. frown.gif

Can someone help me?

are the songs in 3 folders?what i have for my comp is lets say i have first mix so my folders name id first mix. them in the first mix folder r the songs in first mix. then in thoses folder there is the SM stuff. usually if u download some packs it will have 3 folders and it wont read that hope this helps
