| well i have ddr konamix but i also have stepmania and i like it cuz i have so much more songs i ahve an adaptor but it misses steps like crazy is this because of my adaptor or my mpad i have a really low end pad but i dont know witch it is plz help me |

Ok, WHA?!
What do you mean by misses steps like crazy? Like you always get misses? Then you never configured your adapter.
If your pad works with Konamix, then it's not the pad.
I advise you to head over to the Simulation forums. And to head over to a grammer book.

Do you have an EMS USB2 adapter? Some of those have problems with lag. I'm not sure what the fix is but if you do have it, we can find out on this board.
PS. Spelling and punctuation really do help. |

Actually he was saying he liked stepmania better... at least I'm assuming he has more songs on Stepmania than Konamix.
Anyway, this should REALLY be on the Simulation forum, but whatever. Start a song, and hit the left arrow on your pad (this is in Stepmania). If that doesn't trigger, there's either something wrong with the pad, you haven't installed the drivers for the adapter, or you haven't mapped the controls to the pad in Stepmania. If it does trigger, then with your foot still on the left arrow, hit the right arrow with your other foot. If THAT doesn't trigger, it's your adapter. GEt either an EMS USB2 converter from www.levelsix.com, or a Boom PS Joy converter from www.lik-sang.com.
