I've been playing Karaoke Revolution (USA) for a few days, now... well, TRYING to, anyhow. I can't play it, really, because the game consistently freezes on me. And in very random spots, too. Sometimes it'll be in the middle of songs, sometimes during the loading of a song, sometimes at the end of a song when it's trying to tally up the score.

Is this happening to anyone else?

I know it's not my game, because I went and exchanged it for a new one, and the problem remains.

My PS2 is also modded, but I don't think that should be the problem. Anyone else here with a Modded PS2 that doesn't see any problems at all?

Thanks.

My friend's modded PS2 plays it fine. PS2s do have a problem with the laser pooping out after awhile, and if you play burnt games in your PS2 that increases the chance (burnt games aren't as easily readable as pressed games so the laser works harder). I've seen that problem before in other games and I'm willing to say that its just your PS2.

Yeah, my old PS2 has already experienced "Laser-Death". happy.gif The one I'm using now is brand new and nothing else I play, so far, has crashed on me. Also, I almost never play burned games. I only have it modded so I can play Japanese Bemani games. happy.gif

Hmmm... Is your PS2 modded? Or is it normal? Also, is it a late model or an early model?

Thanks!
