The fly

Okay, I've been listening to some of my old Ragnarok Online mp3's that were sitting on my computer and just recently passed LoM heavy, so I've been listening to it alot too.

Well, at the end of one of my RO songs titled, "Times Up!!" you can clearly hear a voice say "The fly..." right as the song is fading away. The voice sounds EXACTLY like the on heard at the beginning of the Legend of Max and has gotten me wondering why something like "The fly..." would end up in two songs, is it a sound bite from a more popular Japanese song? Is this pure coincidence? Or is the artist related and using the same resources?

And what the f*ck is "The fly..." supposed to mean!?

Probably a coincidence. There are always going to be at least three songs with the same beat, or sound clip or whatever. You'll notice the "give it to me good" sound in SP-Trip Machine Jungle Mix/Climax/Survivor(I think) and Leading Cyber.

Oh, and Metroidman Deluxe X, why should people bother PMing you when they can easily figure out how to get past the swear filter themselves?

yeah.... The Fly! i like that voice. it sounds cool. ive only heard it in LOM though so i wouldnt know so im gonna haveta say coincidence. but there r other lyrics in the song i cant figure the other ones out except "FEAR!" like right before the freeze.

Guess it's one of those lyrical misconceptions. But man, I swear he says the fly, you can make it out pretty clearly and theres no hint of engrish.

I just thought maybe someone had played Ragnarok Online and heard it too, I just pulled the mp3's off my harddrive. I guess the coincidence is believable, I just thought I was hearing things when I played it. Luckily I didn't pull out too much of my hair...

Wait a minute now, if LoM said "The Fire", that wouldn't make sense. However, "The Fly" does because the arrows are flying at you.

I think the guy is talking about how hard the maxes are, but that would be more appropriate in PSMO.
