I find the high-pitched female vocal (Jenny Rom, Bambee, smile.DK) to be kinda annoying. I have to put up with them because my sister loves them, though.

Oof, most of you tagged songs I like. Of course, I have been known to have very undiscriminating taste in music, so I gotta expect it.

Most of the songs I think are annoying are only because I hear it almost every time a little kid goes up to play. I could stand them if I only heard them once in a while.
