do you find that if you warm up, you play better? if so, what songs do you use to warm up with? i try not to pick something too hard, just something to make my muscles move. where i play, we have 5 songs... and my warm ups are:

paranoia survivor (strd)
paranoia survivor max (strd)
max 300 (strd)
maxx unlimited (strd)
legend of max (strd)

after playing those... i can usually play straight cata's without my legs getting tired for a while.

I'm sure if it was sold for profit, Konami would clamp down on it (I'm sure it's a matter of time before they clamp down on ITG).[/quote]

1: Either Irresistiblement or Jet World. (Heavy)
2: Spin the disc (Heavy) or whichever wasn't picked in 1.
3: DDR (Oni)
ES (If applicable): Either Electro Tuned or Trip Machine Survivor.

If it's on a machine with four songs per credit, move DDR down one and add in ska a go go.

It would have to be:
The Legend of Max (heavy)
A (heavy)
Jane Jana (heavy)

Then I would play an oni course like Trip Five.

I usually warm up to Brilliant 2U-standard and/or Midnite Blaze-light or standard, depending on how I feel. After that I'm pretty much warmed up. E7.gif
