Afronova! song page....why do you like it? and other mixes

I like it beacuse its challenging in some heavy modes and some standard
its a good song and the remixes are pretty good too.
one trick on Afronova that i can do is on AFRONOVA(RE-Venge)
when the jumping part comes up i can do it Backwards! not bragging or anything just saying! anyone else have any other tricks they can do or trying to do?!

It's an alright song. It was my very first Cata back in the days of 3rd Mix as well as my first AA Cata in the days of 4th Mix Plus.

Actually, I hate the original Afronova. All the little kids in my area play it just so they can do that spinning thing Vivi#345's talking about. I can guarantee you'd hear the song at least once every time some kid goes up.

I actually like Afronova Primeval, though. It has an extra sort of...I guess you could say it has more flair, or...something. It's probably just because I haven't heard it as much.

This is the only song that I can Stealth Mirror on Heavy.

Primeval and the B4ZA songs sound too "synth" for their own good. Primeval may have the less repetitive steps, but I prefer to listen to and play the original more.

I think I like Primeval a little better. The turns are a bit more out of control, and the original has a bit too much of a pattern. I finall got all of Afronova down so I don't have to do any slides anymore. I used to have to at the end, but I was just setting myself up wrong before.

Oh, one trick I can do on Afronova is that on the part before the jumps, I can do it Sideways.

There's only one Afronova I ever play in the arcades, and that one is the B4ZA Beat mix. I play that one the most because it sounds the coolest.

A song is a song. If someone likes it, more power to them. After all, Konami put these songs there for a reason. I got yo back, Vivi!
