i know i do, but i use mods like dark, 1.3x rate speed, shuffle, etc. E1.gif

it's on light, but hey, it was my first time playing on light and i got 3 greats! btw, it's a cata on light.

p.s. if this is in the wrong forum, then sorry for your time.

I think he might actually mean 1.3 rate. It's different than the speed modifier on DDR.

And there is a accomplishment thread sitting around somewhere, but it keeps getting drowned. I should probably sticky the thing one of these days, maybe after I get rid of the Toasty annoucement.

I play with my fingers when:

1) I am extremely sore.

2) I am extremely bored.

3) I'm just taking a day off of the pads (mostly for lack of time).

Other than that, it's all about the CF.

I wish no one cared about it. Then I wouldn't have had 5 threads about it in the same week.

toasty never affects me, cause i expect it now ever since i first had it happen to me, and screw up my FC on Max 300.

anyway, i was moving MAX. (period) to another Songs folder, and for some reason, it deleted my records of AA'ing it on all difficulties (excluding Challenge), so i re-played it again on light.....

and triple-A'd it! i was so happy, but unfortunately, it was only with my fingers. riiight.gif

SavageDDR's site. Goto stepmania's website, click on "Songs and Links", scroll down some, and you'll see it as "SavageDDR (formerly stepmania.smaaash.com)", which is where you can get that SMEX theme, very good if I might add, plus the MAX2 and 5th mix ones also riiight.gif

Hey I know this might be a little off subject but does anyone here seem as if that they can "hand-DDR" better than they can DDR with their feet - that's the case for me at least... E13.gif

Also, I have a little question about SM simfiles - is it legal to get songs like LoM of you don't have the soundtrack/game?

I just want to know before I get it from somewhere laugh.gif jp kids

That isn't a question about simfiles, you asked about songs. Asking for "songs" is illegal.

Asking for zip files is plenty Ok.

that's savage's site, just to make it easier for ya to find it. E1.gif

i can 'hand-ddr' better than i can on my feet cause of course, there's not that much effort to press the arrow keys with your fingers compared with playing on a pad with your feet, with all your weight on em. i play and reccommend playing SM with your fingers to be familiar with songs and their steps so when you go to the arcade, you won't be COMPLETELY clueless of what songs to choose then end up failing horribly.

if you're asking me about the alpha 6 version, i'm using the alpha 7 version, which works better than ever, and the 5th Mix, SMEX (DDRExtreme), and DDRMAX2 skins work perfectly on my version of SM.

now this is sort of on topic of "sm with your fingers"...umm...what judge difficulty do you use?...cause a AAA on 4 (default difficulty) is nothing...seriously, i learned the hard way that playing judge 6 (or even judge 7) is the only way to go if you ever wanna improve your PA in the arcade (i've been playing judge 6 for 2 weeks and my pa at arcade shot up like arocket)...

That's the only way to do it...hehe....lemme know how you do on the same song with 6 judge E1.gif...compare and see...it may seem unfair at 1st, but you get used to 6 fairly quickly
