help! need a pad!

im a newbie who has only played at a friends house (but i can play almost all light songs) and i want a cheap, no more than $45 pad that i can use for my computer (even though i hear any pad will work for pc) i am currently running xp pro and would appreciate any help!

Challah! For those of you who didn't already see the other thread about this mofo (gershe101) he's my best friend. I was thinking an Ignition pad for him, but the cheapest one avalible w/ the dense foam (same kind as BNS). Or he could buy mine if someone could tell me where to get the best cheap metal pad avalible (see my other posts)

I'd suggest just saving a bit. You won't get anything metal for that price, but you might just get a softpad anyways. Some people swear their lives that their modded softpads are holy. You might wanna check up on some modding threads, seeing if you're up to mod. If not, save some cash.
