Mixes come and go. Some songs keep making i onto other mixes over and over (B4U) and other die after a mix (Flash in the Night). With this, people's opnions on songs may be the same over time, or may change over time.

Songs that are probably the most noticed as to dying out (in terms of people playing them) are Dynamite Rave and Praranoia Rebirth. These used to be played ALLL the time, but now... no one plays them. The interest seemed to die out.

On the other hand, you've got the songs that jsut DONT die. In this area (NY) CSILSM and Afronova are always at the top 10 list.... even when we first got Max2 and Extreme. Peopel jsut keep playing them, and dont get sick of them

What song have stoof the test of time for you guys? What songs will in the future? I just can't see MaxxUnl ever dying.

People seem to still enjoy Am3P alot. Well ok, not alot, but it's pretty damn good for how old that song is.

Obviously the Maxes, and quite possibly the Paranoias. B4U will probably never die, nor will Saints Go Marching In (hopefully). I also think that Afronova will stand the test of time simply because people are ALWAYS playing it at my arcade. A is another huge one here.

Let's see... What else?

I agree that Butterfly will never die. I can also see Daikenkai sticking around for a while. There are probably more, but I can't think that straight right now. Heh.

Wow, the Maxes are only mildly popular here...

Meanwhile, the Afronova and End of the Century rape at my arcade is so bad, it's almost pornographic. disgust.gif

Butterfly, Dynamite Rave and songs like Japan are very common at the arcade that I play at usually....Exotic Ethnic too, EoTC of course and cant forget, Ecstacy.

The people that play at the arcade that I play at play old school stuff. Nothing wrong with that I suppose but it does get old after hearing it for 2 years.

Dam Dariam, Rhythym and Police, Saint's Go Marching, Freckles, So Deep are old songs that will never die, and A, V, Love Love Shine, Cartoon Heroes and Senorita are new songs that will never die.

But to me, the only songs that will never die are In The Heat of The Night, Do It All Night, Test My Best and Oh Nick Please Not So Quick.

Max 300 shall be known as the whore in the Max family, even after MaxXXXX Death 450 has crippled thousands of DDR players legs.

Oh, and n00bs will still think Rhythm & Police is the best song ever. Fools. Everyone knows it's all about Be in My Paradise...
