DDR pants....

This might be just like ddr shoes...do you think it makes a difference what kind of pants you wear while playing some ddr? lighter heavy or just plain yeah whatever pants....to me i like these vans pants that have a perfect pocket for ddr tokens or quarters...

I wear shorts underneath my pants if I am wearing them. So that I can feel more comfortable when I play and not step on the bottoms of my pants.

I have really baggy pants I got from Hot Topic. They're neat for the fact that you can hit all the arrows you want and it looks like you're barely moving. Or if you're able to whip the excess pant leg a little, it gives it a 'delayed' movement

Shorts usually...occasionally I play with jeans though. The only thing that is very consistent is that I can't play with anything except a game card in my pocket.

lol I wear gothic pants.. because theyre fun when you play DDR and the chains and straps and stuff go flying and hitting random people

But there is that one incident that I got stuck to the DDR arrow

.. and the time I did a 360 and my chain got caught on the bar

I just wear little cotton shorts. I cant STAND the feeling of pants when I play DDR :/ plus I get really sweaty and I dont know if i want pants stickin to my legs while i try to play :/

I always wear board shorts, there nice and light for playing, anf the material doesnt make me itchy when they rub against me.

Loose corduoroy or generic Gap khakis. Fine for PA and FS. =)

note: You can't freestyle in shorts. Only DJ 8-ball's made it look good, and even then, he looks better FSing in those Cafe pants.

It just doesn't feel right...I need my whole leg to be flowing along with every slide and stuff.

I would say it depends. If your going to work out or play really hard you could wear either. Pants for and I know this is going to sound silly but pants to weight your legs down a little more so that when your not wearing pants you can move a little faster. Shorts for when you just want to play while working out or just to play. Oh pants also if you just prefer pants to anything else.. That's how I view it.
