About how much money have you spent on ddr?

Wow! Now that i think of it, I have probly spent around $400 on ddr. Thats mats, kona, max, max2 and a new pad w each of those. Then theres the arcade. And say 10 bucks a week at the arcade there, how about you?

Uhh.....uh-oh. It's been.....a lot. I spend at least $5 at the arcade each time I go, and I went (I think) 4 times this week.

Assume $30 a week, since I don't own any version of DDR other than Stepmania (which is free).

I've been playing for roughly 6 months, and I used to go only once a week...so $5 per week for about 3 months (12 weeks, $60 there).

Add to that $60 ($30 x 12 weeks = $360) and that means I've spent roughly $420 on DDR....probably more than that, especially when you consider drinks at food courts and such.

Time for the monthly thread to pop up again. I use about 15 bucks in nickles a week, times that by 9 months and you get a total.

Mmmmm....yeah, this post only showed up...hmmmm...I don't know....say, like 2 WEEKS AGO!

Anyways, I'd say close to $1,000 with all the different pads, the different mixes, and all the trips to the arcades, yeah, a lot of money, maybe even more than a thousand.

uuhh let us think...a combine total of both of us playing the arcades and buying all the console versions (PSX & PS2 only) I'd say about a good $3000+ after all these year's we've been playin

Well out of the 8 months that I've been playing I would say I've spent close to $700 just in the arcade, thats not counting the 2 pads i bought and DDRMAX(not yet to get MAX2). Would you say thats too much for the amount of time I've been playing or not enough?

Pads - 20$ for Cheapo Soft Pad
80$ for decent ignition pad (Broke in 2 months

)
100$ for good condition ignition pad

Games- 20$ for Konamix
30$ For Max
50$ for Max 2

Arcade- about...say...50$ (I dont go that much)

Soooooo, the total is 350$ buckaroos.

And what did I get? The ablity to do all catas, no tens, and and a sh!t load of fun!

Let's see...

I've been playing for 4 months, and seeing as I don't have a lot of money, I barely spend more than 5-10 bucks on DDR a week. So, say 16 weeks times 5 bucks a week and you'll get a total of 80 dollars.

However, I don't believe that calculation for a second, and would definitely say it's probably somewhere around 130 dollars specifically at the arcade. Add to that a 20 dollar pad (I already had the PS2, and my friend gave me DDRMax) and you get a total of 150.

I hope to up that to 350-450 after I get my metal pad for Christmas.

By the way, does anybody know where I can get a good deal on one of those? Eheheh.
