Progression Speed

Ummm, am I normal? I see most people here took a little while get to Heavy songs. I've almost been playing for one month now, and I'm moving on to Heavy, sort of. I must be magical

It depends on how much you play. My friend thinks I'm starting to get too good, and I can't AAA anything, but I can do almost all heavy's (graduisic cyber, family max's.....), and I play about once every 1-2 days. I've seen people on here who practice 4 hours a day every day of the month. Like I said, it depends on how much you play. And yes, please define "sort of"

I started in midjune and I can pass 2 10's in the arcade (sakura and max300). I owe it all to playing the home version at least an hour every day. :D

I've been playing since May of this year and I play quite a bit. I can pass three of the ten footers with semi-consistency (Sakura, Max300, MaxX) and I just got my first heavy AA last week (though, for me, It's easier to pass Max300 than to get less than 30% greats.....).

My 8th or 9th day(I'm not counting anymore) I was on Heavy.But not like Paranoia Heavy,more like Sky High Heavy,easy stuff.Then about 15 days I beat my first Paranoia I think it was KCET?Or maybe the dirty mix.Can't remember.

Started December 4, 2002. Passed MAX 300 Heavy January 17, 2003. Passed MaxX Unlimited Heavy February 13, 2003. So I assume I'm a DDRFreak of nature as well? A little over 2 months before I was able to pass the MAX's on a MAX2 machine. Of course those were with the bar, I passed MAX 300 Heavy at home before MaxX in the arcade, and got MaxX without the bar sometime afterwards.

So to sum it up, your progression is as fast as you want it to be.
