That I can't remember the name to. I remember hearing it in some music class I went to, and can't remember the name, or who it's by. Plx Hlp.

The original tune was In The Hall of the Mountain King. Now Dream a Dream steals the exact same tune from the faster-paced techno remix of that song.

To add on to what the other guy said, it's from Peer Gynt, which is either an opera or a ballet, from what I remember (though it's based off of something else--a play?).

When I hear that song, I think of some guy creeping up on someone, but he's creeping up on them using a pattern in his steps similar to the music.

You know...

dun dun dun dun dun da dun... dun da dun... dun da dun.... dun dun dun dun dun da dun da dun da dun da duuuuun.

Well i think that the tune in Dream a Dream might be the mountain king but i thought it may have been a beethoven song. But i'll research it.

I love the song, but it always reminds me of the Sonic the Hedgehog cartoon series...I think it was Doctor Robotnik's theme music..

I believe it's the other way around.

Sure they both come from The Hall of Mountain King, but Dream a Dream made it's own version of that beat which was then taken by said "faster-paced techno remix".

And, to add to what everyone else has said, Hall of the Mountain King, appearing in the opera Peer Gynt, is by Edward Grieg.
