Well, there are two of them I can think of offhand:
1. Let's Dancing!, a cutesy comic that revolves around a couple of kids who just discovered DDR. Updated every other day.
2. The 10k Commotion, a DDR doujinshi in true sports manga style, focusing around two groups of PAers vying for first place in an upcoming tournament in Hawaii. Updated whenever, usually at least once or twice a month.

Yeah, You can just read a short addation to Let's Dancing! every-other day, and just keep checking for 10k.
