If by "acting wierd" you mean 'beat real fast', then yes, it does act wierd.
Maybe your having cramps, I always get pains in my chest when I run when I haven't ran in a long time. |

Hmmmmm well what happens after I played a stamina draining horrendous round. (I.E.My Max Run) my heart sometimes (or chest area) feels like it's going to explode or it just feels really heavy and I feel like I'm going to hurl dude, or something of that nature. I wonder if that's what he's talking about.
I believe that it's from dehydration. _________________

I'd elaborate, but it's not about DDR. So there is no need to. We will just say that after I FCed and AAed Max 300 the other day my heart rate was was still abnormally slow. |

I could be wrong on many things, but my only guesses it can be adrealine, heartburn, or maybe a irregular heartbeat. |

Well, I'm talking the next day or two - I'll be sitting there and my heart will be okay and then it will POUNDPOUNDPOUNDPOUND normal.
I've had it happen before, I think when I was doing too much caffeine. I had a blackout in high school, and the doctor (I have a knack for getting Asian doctors who speak poor English and give useless advice) told me I had a very slight heart defect, but it's never been very noticeable. I figured somebody else had to be in the same boat. Were there any big problems, or is it just a bit scary/freaky? |

keep playing ddr, it will help any heart problem you have. Good cardiovascular excersise is a great workout for making the heart stronger. |

um no. That is incorrect. Bad hearts fail under stress.
If you think you may have a heart problem, go see a doctor. |

Do exactly what Sexfiend says, see a doctor.
Please don't die while playing DDR. Then it will get a bad image. _________________

Easier said than done when you're a 26yo with no health insurance. :|
Ironically, I work for an insurance agency, but that's long and drawn out to explain, and may yet get resolved. But even so, pre-existing conditions? Nah... |

You have several options:
1) Get it looked at by your doctor.
2) Ignore, and keep playing DDR.
3) Take into account, and play less intensely.
4) Be paranoid; halt all cardiovascular activities completely.
You said you're not getting it looked at by a doctor. So, basically, it's what it is to you. My heart flutters a lot, it makes me nearly pass out at times. I get dizzy and see stars if I do any cardio too intensely. But then, the LENGTH of time I play doesn't affect me-- only the intensity.
I'd go to a doctor. That said, they may say "We dunno WTF is wrong with you, here's your bill."
