I think thats that one game that you put in a music cd and it makes steps to the beat, but I remember hearing its really bad.

That's the basics of it... they use the Goo Goo Soundy engine for Dam DDR aswell.

That naked thing is in the game. What you do is play songs (naked thing dances at the side a la DDR GB) and then get judged on your performance, this involves a replay of the said naked thing and a panning camera. After judgement you get points which I think you then trade in and are able to transform into another form. The music is quite good but the steps do seem to suck. It lasted 5 minutes before I decided to play Oha Station instead which I think says a lot. I only got it as part of my collection and it was cheap otherwise I can't really recommend it too highly.
