i had this idea a while ago..

What if bemani evolved to have a game that involved somebody playing DDR and at the same time doing hand motions a la Dance Freaks [or dance maniax] and somebody else DJing the song likein beatmania..

Well, I think EZ2Dancer has you using 3 foot panels, and perhaps some hand sensors. It's been a while since I've read about that game, though. And you can link a IIDX Substream to a certain DDR 2nd Mix version. That would be weird.

EZ2Dancer has PIU style panels, two diaganol hand sensors, and one front hand sensor. That would be cool to link a IIDX Substream to DDR, I don't think I've ever heard of that being done.

Yeah, I know some certain versions of IIDX and DDR can be linked, but I've never seen pictures of it done either.
