Thought as well try my luck here. Since currently I have no access to a Guitar Freaks or Drummania machine in my area, I was wondering if anyone knew of any tablatures (as in, actual notes for real guitars) from any GF/DM songs, specifically from GF8/DM7. I've tried checking a few places and couldn't fidn anything, so I'm hoping someone on here will know something.

You should be able to just play the Drummania notes on your set, since DM has a relatively high realism level.

Stuff for Guitar Freaks is very sparse, though.
