Usb Convetor won't work

I recently bought - http://store.yahoo.com/adux/emsusb2.html - and a redoctane dance pad... I'm on Win98SE and have the newest version of DirectX installed.

But for some reason window's can't find the driver's for it! All I got was a little box with the convetor in it, no drivers... nothin', where can I get the drivers!?

Thanks to - Devil Warrior - I now have the drivers... Windows see's it as a game device, now how do i get it to work in DWI!?

Or anything else for that matter
