Konami is asking you to vote on whether the North American version of DDR X should use USB or SD cards to import step edit data to the arcade version of the game. It's been stated that step edits will be made with PC software. So head over to the site to place your vote and start making your edits in anticipation for the first time North America gets step edit support for the arcade! |

haha this is funny. Is this an attempt at making it sound like Konami gives a damn what you think?
1: Konami asks a rhetorical question, asking for your feedback
2: Everyone replies with the obvious answer Konami wants to hear.
3: Konami puts it in the game (which they would have anyway) and tries to look like they've done it because you've asked for it. |

You apparently don't know anything about how running a successful company works. Why do companies ask you to register your product with them? Why do they give you rebates? Why do they send you polls for a chance to win something? Information. Companies do not deliberately make bad products. Konami wants to make a product that people will buy and play. They gather information to make smart choices. You're assuming that DDR is some personal project of Konami that allows them to beat their drum over us because they have something we want. Wrong. Konami wants to make money and knows if they make truly bad products, they will lose profit and money. You may not like the latest products in DDR that Konami has created, but if they lose one player and gain 5, they're doing something right, regardless of your personal opinion.
I believe this is a way to gather information from their customers. Maybe Konami really is trying to figure out what format to use. Maybe there was an internal struggle on what to use so they created the poll to let us decide, not someone in a suit. |

cart before the horse imo
When Konami shows they can get the basics of a dance game right such as sync and step charts then I'll take them seriously when they ask for players opinions. |
