How do I convert mp3 to ogg?

I don't remember the exact site, but this will help

EDIT: Oh, I was thinking of OGG->MP3. You only need LAME for that. Audacity does MP3->OGG natively

You can use the "batch" features to convert all your mp3s at once. I did it for DDR 1st mix-SN2 with the click of a button.
