Burning Heat's Vic Viper animation

Ok, this is kinda strange, but someone on here has to be able to help me out.

I want to make an animated gif of the Vic Viper BG animation from the song Burning Heat on DDR Extreme. Can someone tell me where I can get the BG video for that segment without the arrows on it so I can use it for screen captures. I was thinking someone might have it as part of a simfile or something.
