Metal Mat Repair

Hello everyone I'm new here, currently repairing my old metal mat. The arrows are cracked to heck, so they need replaced. Also, some of the wood brackets are cracking underneath, so I have to replace those too. This should all be easy for me, I'm good with electronics, but, I'm not buying all new arrows cuz their too expensive, so making the arrow designs might be kinda difficult. I'm going for durability, so although the mat came with led lights (no longer work), I'm not going to waste time replacing them. I'll post pics when I'm done.
