different versions of the deluxe dance foam pad

Hi all-

I was thinking of getting one of the deluxe foam dance pads. I notice that many times it will say V2, V3, V4, V4.5...all of which increasing in cost but look exactly the same. I believe 4.5 is the newest version out there. Does anyone know if it's worth it to spend the extra cash to get the 4.5 vs a 2.0? I'm not even sure if these foam pads are the best ones to get. My neighbor has some foam pads and I like them because they are quiet and easy on the knees (I have bad knees) Any advice on these foam pads? Thanks!
