whenever I put my usb into the ITG2 usb slot, it always says "CARD MOUNT ERROR" and i configured it to FAT32 just as it said and it still didn't work. I recently purchased another USB (2 gig) because I thought something was wrong with the other one, and configured it and it still say "CARD MOUNT ERROR" any help? or is there anyplace I can find the files ITG2 puts onto your usb?

You have to remove the U3 software that comes with it. There's an option to remove it somewhere in the U3 menu.
That should do the trick. |
