Seriously, im sure you all know how they crawl all over ddr machines, and im sooo sick of the little emo and goth kids in my school "OMG IM GONNA GO PLAY DDR, IMMA PLAY DAIKENKAI LULZ" Its funny how they dont expect me to play ddr, and yet im 10x better than all those kids combined. I guess i wouldnt have such a problem if they didnt act like complete idiots while in the arcade. _________________

OMG I totally agree with you. The old arcade in Eastfield Mall was a huge magnet for emo/goth fags who would either whore the same gay songs on the machine or lounge around it and take craploads of MySpace pictures like the machine is a f*cking religious artifact. Way too much teen angst and pre-puberty surrounding that place. For lots of arcades with DDR it seems like emos and goths HAVE to f*cking play DDR like it's written in their code of ethics or something. The goths I've seen always whore Holic and Daikenkai and the emos play their queer 8-9 footer edits and get 200 something greats with the bar and Beginner mode on because they are all made of fail. The one arcade I care to go to now (TGA) doesn't have that much of a problem in terms of kids in their sister's pants, thank goodness. _________________

Dude..thats the reason why i didnt like eastfield lulz. because it was walking distance of my house i went. but yea that was a terrible era haha.
Thatd good to hear that TGA isnt full of those kind of kids, cause ive actually never gone there and plan on going for the first time this week. Also. So Deep is a popular song emo kids tend to play. Of course they always fail it. maybe its because they cant bend their knees due to their tight pants. _________________

Oh wow I didn't know you lived in the Springfield area. For some reason I thought you were in Worcester or something lolz. TGA is definitely worth a visit, and that place will only get better when they get Supernova 2 and IIDX DJ Troopers. I think by now they have Initial D 4 but I'm not a racing fan. As sad as Eastfield was, I had some good memories there. Decent place to chill but once the emo factor went into overdrive two years ago (and my distaste for almost all the Eastfield DDR players there except Yarni and Cyril) I sided with Holyoke's arcade, even though their machine is a bootleg POS. Now it's my dorm room and TGA once every other month lol. _________________

I've never seen an '"emo"tional/goth' person at my arcade. Most of them that I see are the 'gangster' asians. Oh the stereotypicals.
Don't worry, their friendly. They don't act like their all that, unlike some asians at my school who don't play DDR. _________________

The ddr at my mall attracts dfferent groups of kids on different days. Mon-wends. kids and preteens. Thurs. hip hop kids/cool asian kids friday emo.goths sat/sun college kids/adults, some times on days, a mix of the groups, but they all seems nice, even the emo/goth kids. I guess its a southern thing, lol, i dunno, thats just my own experience.

Arguably, the biggest irony here is that the ONLY known songs in the game that are close to emo are: TEARS, Graduation, Memories. These are just three of them.
Also, we should hook them up to GFDM--specifically, Asaki songs. _________________

It does attract them, but some of them that still play aren't too bad, and by too I mean R3 Standard.
They all moved on to Guitar Hero. _________________

DDR also attracts weeaboo retards too, your point being?
People who crawl over the machine going "ZOMG I'M GOING TO PLAY ALL THE J-POP AND SONGS WITH KANJI IN THE TITLES ^_____^!!!!"
It works on multiple levels. The point is...who really gives a shit about it? _________________

They probably are attracted to DDR because they see a *fat* kid play on Standard and they want to show him up and so they show off and they play some Heavy song with 2x, SOLO, Reverse and they FAIL!

Eh at North-town mall I've seen groups of 7 come in, do daikenkai light, then watch me do Paranoia Survivor heavy and leave. Because they're afraid of my superiority.
At the valley, never. Nobody put average people come in. _________________

Maybe DDR attracts EMO kids because um, ain't that how pretty much all teenagers act these days? _________________
