Well, the best way to get good replacement arrows is to buy actual arcade panels from betson, channelbeat, or ebay.
But I'm assuming your pad isn't made to accomodate 3/8" panels, so here's what you do instead:
1. Measure the thickness of your arrows.
2.1 If they're more than 1/8" thick per 75 lbs of body weight, get some plexiglas of the same thickness.
2.2 If they're LESS than 1/8" thick per 75 lbs of body weight, find some Lexan (polycarbonate) of the same thickness.
3. If you get it pre-cut, MEASURE YOUR ARROWS. There's NOTHING worse than spending $35 on 4 lexan panels just to find out they're not the right size.
3.1 there are actually many, many more horrifying things, but you really don't want to get arrows that don't fit right.
4. Use a jigsaw/sabersaw to cut the panels to the same shape as your old ones.
5. attach to pads.
6. !???
7. Profit!
Alternatively, tell me what model you pad is and I might be able to give you more straightforward instructions. _________________

Okay. IIRC, their arrows are 1/8" thick+1/16" padding, meaning you'll want 3/16" Lexan, if you can find it. If you can't, 1/8" Lexan would work, and you can find that at Lowe's or ebay. _________________

I think you're better off buying arrows that are 20 times more durable for half the price, even if they don't have the arrow graphics printed on them and some cheap LED's laid out in an inefficient circuit on the back. _________________
