I opened it up, and could get it working again, but as soon as i put the screws and stuff back, it stopped working. I would really like professional help for this one. Does anyone know of a company or number i can call to get it fixed? I live in the Toronto Ontario area.

if it's a tx[insert a number], then i'm guessing that the foil it's just contacting as soon as you put the arrow back on, cut up a mousepad and stick along the edges.

Professional help?!! you're funny. I'm guessing you have some kind of tx pad. If so, you don't need professional help. Is it more than one arrow? were all the wires fine? What kind of pad? we need to know this stuff
