Video capture?

I need a good program to capture my videos to post on YouTube. I've checked Google, and tried FRAPS (but it won't make more than ~30 second videos...)...anything else?

I use SnagIt8. I got a torrent that came with the program and a key generator to disable the trial version. I like it.

When i record using snagit 8, it gives me alot of lag, any remedies?

Ok one of the main problems is that when i record, get lag and that shows up on screen thus the lag is recorded and when i dont get lag, the playback is completly off.... comments?
