I know a few people count sheep to fall asleep, I often find myself dozing off to DDR arrows...am I the only one? I guess it doesn't help that I play DDR pretty close to before I go to bed.

Most people always have a DDR song stuck in their head or are thinking about it in some way. And when I say most people, I mean me lol. Being obsessed is more than just seeing arrows wherever you go.

Obsessions are weird that way. Some people are obsessed with DDR. Some people are obsessed with other things.
For example, some people are obsessed with logging onto an Internet forum for the sole purpose of ragging on people, belittling their opinions, going out of their way to start flame wars, yet simultaneously wandering how people can take forum discussion seriously because he hasn't brought a legitimate thought to the table in the entire time he's been here and wouldn't know one if it bit him on the ass.

| i'm not a role model. why would anyone talk about seeing arrows while they sleep or simply close their eyes? people like that give ddr its bad reputation with most people saying:"ddr's gay", "is this all you ever do?", "go find a real game to play". shit like that. and then when someone comes up and says "zomg guyz i c arows wen i trys to slepp, woo elze doez dat?", it proves HOW obsessed people are with the game. and thats sad. |

I see what your point is, but if you're just going to listen to people that generalize their opinions about all DDR players, you're already going to hear a lot of stupid things that aren't true.
Not having them see one or two obsessive players isn't going to get them to stop asking idiotic questions and saying completely false things about the game and people that play it.
