Does StepMania have auto sync like ITG?

I get much better scores on ITG PC because of the AutoSync. However, I hate the arrows on ITG... And I don't like the theme.

So...

Can I do something like auto-sync with StepMania?

Yes. You can turn it on if you go to the second page of options.

Thank you. But that only seems to adjust the timings for a certain song, not for stepmania as a whole. I have some lag in my dance pad so I need to time Stepmania to make up for that.

I had the same problem. Here's what you do: go into the Stepmania configuration file (in the Data folder), then go to GlobalOffsetSeconds and give it a negative value. I would say -.02 to -.04 should be plenty. That will make all of the songs a little bit later, meaning that you won't have to step so early. It works wonders.
