The TRUE Stepmania CVS

I used to have a CVS version of Stepmania that would allow me to play online, but it was recently accidentally deleted. I have spent quite a while looking for the correct version of SM 4.0, but i can't find it. So far I have tryed CVS20060625, CVS20070218, CVS20070211, and CVS20060831, but none of them will allow me to play online like I used to be able to. So, would anyone that can successfully play stepmania online please tell me the specific version of SM you're using, and, if possible, where you downloaded it. Thank you.

Just get the version of 3.95 on that website. It's better than any version of 4.0.

4.0 does have more capabilities if you are playing online (blocking out the scoreboard so you aren't distracted, etc.), but yeah that's the 3.95 you want. If you want 4.0 instead it's on that website also.
