| I'm new to beatmania, and I need some suggestions to decide which version I should buy. There's the Japanese beatmania, and then there's American beatmania. What should I get? |

buy bmus for the controller, then import RED or 10th style.

| Yeah if you don't get BMUS you have to spend a lot of money on the controller. And I'm guessing you have a fliptop or japanese ps2 to play imports so go with RED if you do. But for further questions there is the IIDX Mini-FAQ right above this topic. |
