assuming you used a main ground line for the buttons....
i'd stand on one of the buttons, connect the multi/ohmmeter to two of the wires on the ethernet cable to find a connection. once you found a matching pair, stand on another button and move only one ohmmeter wire to find a connection. if you don't, then go back to the two wires for the first button, and move the other ohmmeter wire. then go on to the next buttons
in general, which ever ethernet wire you keep using for all the buttons is your ground wire. once you've found your ground, then it's pretty easy to map all the buttons |
