Harder simfiles?

What are some simfiles that are harder than Guassian Blur and One More Lovely that are actually possible and not some near-impossible things? (Data Drain...)

red sign and death moon on challenge, some say there impossible but alot of people can do them.

Death Moon challenge is pretty much just a stamina test. I've yet to play Red Sign.
