PARANOiA respect?

In the Ex-JP song list there are stepcharts for PARANOiA respect. But not in the big list of stepcharts. Why is this?

Console-exclusive songs aren't included in the list, for some reason. Note also the absence of songs like Funk Boogie and A Stupid Barber.
